Your order will be shipped within 48-72 hours if placed before noon (except Friday/Saturday) with Chronopost. Delivery is available to your home, a collection point, or via click & collect in Lille. For out-of-stock items, please allow an additional 1 to 3 weeks.

You can change your address in your customer area. Once shipped, the order cannot be modified. For returns: contact us on the day of receipt at 06.50.14.96.16. If the error is ours: free return. If the error is yours: return at your expense with a receipt.
